My Question is i want to upload the picture of Car and upload it to
facebook. When some one comes to the profile they can change the text written on the bonut of the car and that picture will be the profolie picture of the user.Can any one help me regarding this work.

You want to write a website which uploads a modified picture to face book ? Why ? You can add text to a picture using Graphics and Bitmap objects. You''d have to look on Face book for a way to accept someone''s login details and change their profile picture via a webservice or something.

If you really mean what you seem to mean, then C# and ASP.NET cannot be used to write anything that will run inside facebook.
