First of all, you should remove your email address from your post as you will have more spam than you know what to do with...

Now... to your question.

I would have a simple form with a couple of image controls (one to show the original image, one to show the adjusted image), a few buttons (eg: load image, commence processing, save adjusted image, exit etc)

If you''ve written the algorithm to remove cracks from a digital image, I reckon a simple form should be easy-peasy for you!!
