Attachment size in my emails is big and I am interested only in email body and not want to download attachments. I tried some open source c# POP3 libraries. I also tried MIME libraries.

Emails are a single file which contain the text body and the attachments as base64 encoded strings, the only way to download part of the message is by using the TOP command, which I have no seen used by POP3 libraries, another way would be to modify the message download code to only download a certain amount such as 3-4KB before aborting the download.
