Are you aware of a class similar to BasicExcel to allow for reading and writing to a Word document?

I would like to create a GUI program which would basically mimic a Word document, then take that data and import it into a Word document. The main purpose is to allow people to fill in the data required of the document without having to actually work with the Word document.

Any suggestions?
