There are checkboxes at the bottom of most editors on Code Project. For example, the one I''m typing into right now has a checkbox that says "Ignore HTML in text (good for code snippets)". You probably have one of these checkboxes set wrong. Play with them until you get it right... remember you can preview your messages before posting them.
