In my point of view, the solution to your question is RSS Feed.

In my project, I have displayed live news from Times of India website through Rss feed.

Rss feed means if the Sensex website provides rss feed link, then you can use that link in your grid, which will display the live data. Basically, rss feed consists of an xml file.
