I made my suggestion. You should buy a book and work through it. I suggest learning your language through console programming first, then learn windows. Web work should only happen AFTER you know winforms well, or perhaps WPF. If you want a suggested early project, I''d suggest a text based calculator is a great starting place, but a good book will give you exercises to work through that are designed to teach you as you go
