Seriously, rentacoder, getacoder, etc, are the bottom dwellers of the industry. People who would be horrible to work for, and people who are incompetent, use those sites to find each other. Then the ''programmers'' come here and ask us to do the work for them. The whole thing is a disgrace, and I don''t think you should expect too much sympathy when you hire morons, work for morons, and find that the whole thing falls apart.
