Why are you talking to Navaneeth here? Did he post an article or answer one of your questions? If so, the appropriate place to ask is at that article (in the forum at the bottom of the page) or question (edit your question).

Also, sounds like you are requesting somebody do the coding for you. If you want somebody to do work for you, go to the job board (link in menu at top of page).
