In Run Menu, type & ENTER

regsvr32 mapobject2.dll

regsvr32 axmaponbect2.dll

but if the files are not in system path you need to specify the fullpath

example

regsvr32 d:\prg\dlls\mapobject2.dll

Before using those dlls, register them using regsvr32.
