Dear friends i have developed C# windows based product . now i want to launch that product to the user . i am facing the problem towards key verification .


i am maintaining the server in online , while user install the product they have to enter the key in my application it will come to my site and i will check it the key .

here i want to know that till my reply reach to the client his form should be wait .

if i sent valid option the installation process will continue . else it will get terminate .

for doing this in .net is there any in build operation otherwise i need to make form and make it that form to wait for my reply .

if any one know the better solution from this or apart from this tell me it will be use full to launch my product .

I am not sure it can be done inside an MSI. It can be done inside your app, so the user can install, but not run it until they register.
