I have auto scrollbars turned on for my form and can see them in design mode. After compiling the form loads without any scrollbars. What am I missing?

Enabling "Auto scroolbars" for a form means, that the scroolbars will only be visible if it it required - i.e. when a control does not fit inside the form. Try creating a groupbox for example and placing it so that a part of the control does not fit inside the form. The scroolbars should appear.
