This looks like a pretty decent starting point for your project. Being that they are targeting .NET 4.0 and VS2010, it indicates that this is a fresh library (or at least a fresh port) and likely a good candidate for continued development.
A good test that I like to do is to send them an email and see how they respond to your questions, and how quickly. This might give you an indication of what to expect when you start to build. Check to see if they have active forums, those kinds of things.
