I created a crystal report with 30 detail section(ful A4 sheet size). At run time some detail section will be suppressed if the value is null. so that while printing,the record occupies only half of the A4 sheet. The next record is printing on the next page but i need to print more than 1 record in a same page. is there any way to print so?

1.Change the Page setup open crystal reports > file >page setup


Did you enable "supress when empty" on your sections? In that case Crystal reports should not print them . Also check the paging of your first detail section. If it has "Start new page before" every detail recors will start on a new page
