Getting -bash: airflow: command not found after install airflow. I am using Google Cloud Compute Engine and OS is debian 9.

export AIRFLOW_HOME=~/airflow

pip install apache-airflow

I have uninstall airflow and install it with sudo command (i.e., sudo pip install apache-airflow). After that it works fine.
