I have a shared personal notebook that I would like to access via the rest api.

For enterprise notebooks, the /me endpoint only provides access to the OneNote content that’s owned by the current user. In the coming weeks, the /me endpoint will also include OneNote content that others have shared with the current user.

Right now, you can only use the /users/ or /users/ endpoint to access content that another user (specified in the URL) has shared with the current user.
