Well people, after a long time searching, my conclusion was: .HLP files can't be executed by Windows 8 and 10, just in Windows 7 and lower. .CHM files can be executed by Windows 8 and windows 10. SO, I had to create my new .chm file in Help Development Studio on Windows 10 to be executed by it. My old files .HLP became obsolete.
