Your issue comes from your enterprise proxy. You can easily define a proxy to EventHubClient by setting the Service Bus environnement communication mode to HTTP. In your c# add this :

ServiceBusEnvironment.SystemConnectivity.Mode = ConnectivityMode.Http;
