this problem is caused by "Auto-start Manager", I have same problem.

要解决此问题，请选择自动启动管理器">最新项目"或已下载"标签，然后找到您的应用>更改为允许.

To solve, "Auto-start Manager" > Tab "Lastest Items" or "Downloaded" > Find your App > Change to Allow.
