As soon as I put the randomString+Html.fromHtml.... The "Click Here" become a regular text

You're missing quotes around your URL. Try:

Html.fromHtml("<a href='https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xxxxxxxxx'>Click Here</a>")
