I have simmilar setup, that my cake app is in subdirectory, my root .htaccess has this rewrite rule:

RewriteRule ^cakephp/(.*)$ /cakephp/$1 [L,QSA]

All the rest is handled with the regular cakephp setup.

我/cakephp/app/webroot/.htaccess：
