From the test Python has built OK. "Python build finished successfully!" The missing modules are there because you don't have the relevant software installed on your computer.

This is no different to using apt-get so for example your missing _tkinter this is because you don't have the packages necessary to run it. So if you were using apt-get you would have to use apt-get install python-tk so that apt-get would pull in the relevant dependencies.
