I am trying to build an application that plays Spotify songs. I am really confused about how to change BPM(Beats Per Minute,) value of Spotify songs.

Unfortunately that won't be possible. Spotify does not support changing the BPM. Even if you found some hack to manipulate the Spotify data that wouldn't be allowed by the Spotify Developer Terms of Service.
