I'm currently investigating APIs for retrieving demographic information about web site visitors (eg. age breakdown, gender split, and whatever else) - I am aware of the comscore for example, but what other options have people found? Ideally it is an API that gets sent any URL or list of URLs and returns demographic data (if available) about the URL(s).
