我终于能够解决问题了 :-)

I finally was able to solve the problem :-)

1. 我使用 sudo su
以 root 身份登录
2. 编辑subl/etc/mysql/my.cnf &用我的 IP4 地址替换 bind-address
3. 运行:service mysql restart

1. I logged in as root using sudo su
2. Edited subl /etc/mysql/my.cnf & Replace bind-address with my IP4 address
3. Run : service mysql restart

最后它给了我结果:

mysql stop/waiting
mysql start/running, process 12210

现在我可以使用外部来源的 IP4 地址成功登录了.

And now i am able to login successfully using IP4 address from external sources.
