Solution is to recompile OpenFST with: make CFLAGS='-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 -std=c++11' CXXFLAGS='-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 -std=c++11' as tensorflow uses D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0.
