I've just experienced this issue. For me it appeared when some erroneous code was trying to redirect to HTTPS on port 80.

https://example.com:80/some/page

by removing the port 80 from the url, the redirect works.

HTTPS 默认通过端口 443 运行.

HTTPS by default runs over port 443.
