I am going to implement following algorithm for enumerating across domain direct and nested groups of a user. Can you please review and give your feedback?

Given a User DN, this algorithm returns all global and universal groups (direct and nested) of trsuted domains in which user has membership.

This looks like it would work. It's counter to how AD is designed to handle this (universal groups), but, it should solve your problem.
