I create a new thread and start it from a main thread.

m_MyThread = new Thread(HandleMyThread);
m_MyThread.IsBackground = true;
m_MyThread.Start();

private void HandleMyThread()

    while (true)
    {
        Thread.Sleep(5000);
        return;
    }
}
