Excuse my lack of proper knowledge or terminology on the subject however here goes the question: Some websites have a new feature introduction based on tooltip which are shown when you log in only the first time. thereafter the tooltips disappear and you work normally. Can anyone please tell me how it is accomplished in HTML5, CSS and JS and/or ASP.NET?
