我发现一个解决方案：mod_ssl在http.conf中被禁用。

I found a solution : mod_ssl was disabled in http.conf.

我从system32目录中删除了dll文件，一切正常。

I remove dll files from system32 directory and everything is ok.

因此，只需要启用curl扩展在php.ini。并在httpd.conf

So, just need to enable curl extension in php.ini. And enable mod_ssl in httpd.conf
