服务器配置已经验证成功并且启用 但是用户给公众号发消息没有自动回复这是为什么？
给公众号发消息后总是提示该公众号暂时无法提供服务 请稍后再试

你这个是直接从微信上面下下来的demo，只是修改一下TOKEN的话，只能用于微信验证服务器。
如果要实现微信公众账号的回复功能，需要将$wx->valid();注释掉。
