I am attempting to have my PHP script detect whether the user is on a mobile browser and if not display a weather box script. If a mobile browser has been detected, it is to display nothing. Why reinvent the wheel? If you are using PHP(and you are) then there is a very nice class used for mobile detection. I use it on my sites and it works very well and simple to use. It detects just about any device so far.
