When I access to TFS I can view the Test Plans section but I don't have the button to create Test Plans.

In administration settings I notice that the Test Manager is active, but there is this message: "This extension does not support the version of the Server you are currently using. See Works With for supported Server versions".

Is that the problem? How can I create a Test Plans? I need it because I want to show the Test Plans functionality to my Customer to use it in our project.
