Via the web/IE interface to TFS 2017, when in the Test > Test Plans page, we click the + to add a Test Plan.

In the "Create a test plan" popup dialog box, we enter a Name and then try to select an Area path and Iteration.

When we click on either, the drop-down list appears, but none of the values can be selected.  The choice just goes to the default.

This works just fine in MTM, when adding a new test suite from the initial Testing Center page.

Has anyone seen this problem?  What is causing it, and can it be fixed or worked around (other than using MTM)?

When create a test plan in TFS web access page, the Area path and Iteration path are set by default. To change the default values of the 2 fields, you need to go to the team's works setting page, change the default iteration and default area value of your team.

此外，您还可以在创建测试计划后更改该值。

In addition, you could also change the value after the test plan is create.
