we want to use our own backup solutions to backup virtual machines disks inside azure stack

for unmanaged disks, Microsoft provide API GetPageRanges to get  incremental changes,  so we can use that to do the incremental backup,

how about managed disks? Does Microsoft provide API to do that, if not, is there any alternative way to do the incremental backup?.
