Hi,

My company is a Bizspark member and I would like to clarify a question we have around Microsoft Product License usage within the company.

The following question is answered in Bizspark FAQ. Follow up question is: Can a developer share one of these 2 licenses with another developer?

Can a Startup download 10 licenses for several products although they have a limit of 2 in its MSDN Subscription?

Thanks for your question B.Manohar.  My read of the the answer to your followup question is that its answered in the first sentence.  "Licensing is limited to 2 licenses per Microsoft product per developer; to download more licenses they would need to add additional developers to MSDN."

However you should contact BizSpark and get clarity on this.  This is also included on that FAQ page, and I would follow this as well:
