Hello Utsav，

您的Windows防火墙似乎有问题。 

您可以停用防火墙进行测试。如果有效，则会阻止重要端口。

测试后不要忘记重新激活防火墙。

Hi,I have have a brand new laptop Windows 8.1 Pro.I had installed McAfee antivirus on my pc and it greatly decreased down the speed of my pc. Therefore i restored my pc to a earlier point.

And now when i am trying to open apps it is showing that your developer license has expired.,Also the store is showing error 0x80072ee2,Nor i am able to see the Windows 10 icon.

I have tried troubleshooting. Although it fixed 3 issues but it is still not working.

My pc is also up-to-date.I have turned on automatic updates. Although my internet is working fine,when i try to go in store and click on app updates,it shows a server problem or network connection timed out with the error 0x80072ee2.

May u please help me resolve the issue.

Hello Utsav,

it seems you have problems with your Windows Firewall. 

You can deactivate the Firewall for testing. If it works, there is an important port blocked.

Don´t forget to reactivate the Firewall after testing.
