I have installed Azure Stack TP3. I want find out is it possible to connect Azure Stack with other HYPER-V server or VMM to manage VM which they already have, like it was in Azure Pack?

We do not support managing Azure Stack with VMM and Hyper-V will not be a management endpoint for Azure Stack.
