Hi,

We have a task that was started and time entered, approved and published via timesheet.  The task was put on hold so the remaining work was rescheduled with the "Reschedule uncompleted work" feature to a couple of months later.  The application filled in the gap with 0h in the Task Usage view.  The hold has been lifted and we want to reschedule it back.  No avail.  We tried to update the 0h in the Task Usage and we get the message reminding us that work should be updated in Timesheet or Task.

We've been successful with other tasks to push them out and bring them back.  I just don't know what would lock a date range for a task thinking that the work was done even if it was 0h.

Hi Henry,

Try to insert the remaining work column in the task usage view and add some remaining work in this column. This should add the given remaining work in the timephased grid. Then you could manually change it.

If it is not working only for this special task, I'd suggest to mark it as complete and create a new one for the remaining work.
