in subsite i have created timesheet. Given contributor rights to user.  Other user are able to access subsite when they click on timesheet or timesheet task they are getting

Thanks for posting your issue, It seems permission issue to me. Resynchronise Project Server and SharePoint security. This can be done by utilising the Sync-SPProjectPermissions command in Powershell using the following parameters:
Sync-SPProjectPermissions -Url "{Enter your PWA URL here}" -Type "Full"
