I'm not an administrator or owner of project / team. I cannot remove myself from the project. And finally, current administrator (person) is not responding. How can I solve this problem ?

Could you please tell me did you Visual Studio Team Service(on cloud) or Team Foundation Server(on premise)? If you are using VSTS, only the administrator could remove you from the team project.
