You'd have to find something compatible with the version of Windows CE in the device.  I can't point you to anything as there are few wild viruses targeting Windows CE, so few anti-virus programs.  At worst, you could contact the vendor of the device and ask them.  PC-compatible viruses won't run on Windows CE devices...
