If the WMV file is "compatible" with Source profile, you'll be able to do this:

1. Import WMV you want to mux in as a media and change the Video profile as "Source".

2. Import WMA you want to mux in as an audio overlay.

3. Import second video as a Clip after first video.

If your WMV file is supported (depending on the original encode settings), this will directly copy the video data of the first file without recompression. Unfortunately, we do not support this on Clips or audio overlays, so those other two will be re-encoded.
