Recently i uninstalled Visual Studio 2015
Typed "Visual Studio" in search windows search box at bottom left corner > right clicked on Visual Studio 2015 > selected uninstall option. It took 20 minutes to uninstall.
After that I downloaded installer for "Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 3" from https://my.visualstudio.com/downloads?q=visual%20studio%20enterprise%202015.
I clicked on installer to start the installation. I got the error "A Setup package is either missing or damaged" for vs_devenvlp.msi ( I am not able to insert the screen shot at the time I was writing this question.
I searched in google for latest version of this package. I didn't find it. Looks like when i uninstalled Visual studio, this package might have got removed accidentally.
Please help. Please provide me a link where I can get this package.

Try to download DVD file for visual studio community 2015 with update 3, SHA1 for vs2015 community with update 3 is: BE614B18A2156AED494C5BAFC1CF0F68D976D34B. Please use FCIV.exe http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the DVD. if there is no problem with it, you can use it to install visual studio 2015.
If the issue persists, I need your help to collect the complete VS installation log. Please usehttp://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
