I an stuck in the approval process of workflow. The issue is, I have made a proposal or business case PDP and I routed it to Team Lead group for the approval of the case, let suppose: X and Y are the two Team Lead. Both of them getting the business case for the approval but the my reservations are:

The process you have explained is perfect Project Server functionality.

If you assigned a task to a Group Of Members, and if any one of the member approves the Task, then it will automatically cancel the other members tasks.

In the workflow design you need to mention a single approval is needed (or) multiple approval is needed when you are creating a workflow task.

If you need both X and Y persons approval, then you can route the task in serial, I mean first to X and then to Y or vice versa.

I believe you are the administrator in the system, an admin can approval (or) reject the task assigned to any person on the Project Server.
