我在使用SharePoint工作流时遇到两个问题.我已经创建了请假请求工作流程.

I have two problems with SharePoint Workflow. I have created a Leave request workflow. 

我已经在SharePoint上创建了一个网站，并将该网站与SharePoint Server 2013链接在一起.

I have created a site on SharePoint and linked the site with SharePoint Designer 2013.

After the user submitted the leave request. The manager notified that leave request submitted If the manager approved the user and Hr notified that the Manager has been approved the leave request. If the manager rejected the user notified that the manager has been rejected the request.

1- Now, my problem is... How can the Manager approve or reject the leave request direct from the outlook?

Hi Mahmoud Osama IT,

1.您可以将电子邮件发送给经理，经理可以通过电子邮件批准或拒绝请假请求.

1. You could send email to the manager and the manager can approve or reject the leave request through the email.

2.选择用户后，可以从Active Directory中选择用户，如下图所示.

2. When you select the user, you could select user from Active Directory like the picture below.

您可以创建工作流程2013，并在工作流程2013中添加分配任务"操作.然后选择参与者，如下图所示.

You could create a workflow 2013 and add "Assign a task" action in the workflow 2013. And then select the participant like the picture below.
