I have created a workflow that has worked very well with all internal employees. I recently added an external employee with a different email address to my list of approvers for my workflow, however, the employee cannot approve any of the workflows. The error messaged received is "Task updated not accepted. To edit a teak associated with a workflow task process, you must be the person to whom the task is currently assigned". So for example my email is [e-mail] and the external employee is [e-mail] we both work for the combined company, but the emails are different and the external employee whereabouts are always unknown. I need help with resolving this issue.
