If I create a content editor web part (or script editor), add it to the gallery and people have added it to their pages....is there any way for me to push out updates to those web parts? I'm not referring to WSP deployable web parts w/ an assembly.

Problem I'm having is we used a web part with a reference to a javascript file. The file no longer exists at the original location (our cdn urls changed), and now we need to update web parts already on the pages.
