Created a site page as following, How can I make it be the homepage. As there's no such botten during editing. No matter under classic experiense or modern experiense.

Hi Sanny Fang,

转到网站设置-> 外观下的欢迎页面.

Go to site settings -> Welcome Page under Look and feel.

添加页面URL并保存.

Add your page URL and save.

注意:如果不存在欢迎页面"选项，请在网站级别激活发布功能.这样，将创建Pages Lib，并且欢迎页面"链接将可见.

Note : If Welcome Page option is not present, activate the Publishing feature at Site level. By doing this, the Pages Lib will be created and the 'Welcome page' link will be visible.
